All lights blinking. No service. CM500
All lights are green and the service is still spotty. The ISP isn’t much help. What should I do? I’ve done plenty of reboots.

Try a factory reset by pressing the reset button in back for 10 seconds then release?
What's the brand and model of the external wifi router connected to the CM modem?

whenever I do a power cycle I get an okay connection for a while but then it goes to **bleep** again. I thought it could be a coax cable issue but I’ve replaced it and it’s not helping - MayoManeJul 12, 2023AspirantOh and the router is a tp-link AC1750

Are you accessing 192.168.100.1 for the modems web page?
Might try connecting a wired PC directly to the back of the modem with out the router in the middle to see if you can gain access the modems web page.
