Blinking power light

Hello, 

I've recently tried to update the firmware on my router, but it failed to complete and the power light is now blinking green. I tried holding the rest button 30 secs on, 30 secs off and and 30 back on, but nothing has changed. I'm not sure of what firmware I was upgrading from, since the page is no longer available to me without being able to access my netgear wifi connection, however I believe the version I was attempting to update to was V1.2.32_43.0.46.
