I can’t get my new router and Samsung dvd with xfinity to allow me to access Netflix

    Do you have access to the internet and other internet services? 
    Something to contact your ISP and or Netflix about.

    Is the C3700 the new router?

    What router is new?

    What dvd player is it? I know some older dvd players dropped support for netflix 

    Is the dvd player connecting to the network but just not streaming?

    Is this the only device having issues?
