Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are not coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch on the modem.

I have done a factory reset and it is still happening.
Occasionally the signal drops out on my phone which uses wifi for connectivity.
This started after i disconnected the cable tv and returned the equipment to xfinity, and just signed up for wifi.
It is supposed to be downloading up to 175gbps. But I'm showing about 85gbps.
Could the modem have gone bag, or not be able to handle the speed? It's not what the specs say...

You might get a newer modem and see if the modem works any better than what you have. Possible the modem has or is going bad.
