C7000 won't connect to NetGear Genie to allow Parental Controls
I can connect through the web to our modem/router but will not connect to Netgear Genie program on my laptop or on my android phone.

It just tells me that my password is wrong but I use the exact same password when I access it through it IP address.

I have the same issue except mine tells me that the network is busy and to try again later. I jave rebooted everything on my end a few times but it doesn't help.

Hello JessAoll
Try to change the password on the routers login or even go back to default one password to see if that will let you in.
