C7000v2 devices offline after internet service outage.

Recently a Spectrum service outage occurred. This lasted a few hours. After service restored ,I attempted to get back online. All of my devices were not connected to my Nighthawk C7000v2. The ISP told me the device was online and working. I had to reboot the router modem, and restore the restricted access MAC addresses, I had entered. I thought this event was quite unusual. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.

    I've seen it happen where something their working on causes a network reset from the cmts. Sounds like you got it up and working again.
