C7000v2

Purchased this about a month ago. It is a nice product. I am not able to connect to my Asus laptop. I can connect to several other nodes: Chromebook Chromecast Xfinity flexbox. Tried a few DOS commands: netsh int ip reset. Among results: access is denied. Also tried: ipconfig/release received LAN disconected. Have tried to enable disable atheros WiFi card no success. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
