C7100v
Comcast made some upgrades yesterday
Since then the Wi-Fi does not work on my router.
Comcast support suggested that this device may be old and not compatible with the upgrade
But this C7100v is listed by Comcast as compatible.
The Ethernet and phones are working
Any suggestions?

Any suggestions?You are going to have to better define "does not work on my router".
On the front of your cable modem/router, is the Wi-Fi radio LED illuminated? The second one in from the right side. It is a combination indicator/switch. If it is not illuminated, press and hold for two seconds before releasing. The radios should come on.
Do the LED indicators for the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands indicate the SSID is being broadcast? Third and fourth in from the left side.
