Question I’m trying to update my router on the app tried the router login didn’t work with password and the key password also tried factory reset still didn’t work also serial number won’t work as well to recover any help!?

But it does depend on the firmware on the modem/router. And only the ISP can change that.
Is there a reason you think you need to update the firmware.
As others have said, only the ISP can update the firmware and its doubtful they will.
So are you trying to fix something by updating it?
