CAX30 NightHawk unable to log in after multiple resets
Got a notification from XFINITY yesterday morning about potential issues and troubleshooting information. Finally experienced it later in the day, and followed the steps but have been unable to log into the router via Nighthawk App to update my router name etc. back to what I used to use.
Have factory reset the router multiple times, deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, and also turned my phone off and on again multiple times. Admin credentials still timing out and will not let me log into my nighthawk app even though I am connected to wifi.

Can you get logged in using a PC and web browser at the modems web page? If you can I recommend that you downgrade the FW to v1.4x asap.
