CAX30 Nighthawk cable modem/router - Devices not showing any name.

Anyone know why some of my wired devices are not showing any names?  My cable modem/router is connected to a Cisco Switch and prior to today's power outage, all wired devices had some sort of computer name so I could identify what device was connected.  Now this is what shows up (see screenshot).

Please help!

Does this happen with out the switch being connected?

Does this happen in a different browser?

What's strange is that some of the devices are "named" and some aren't even though all the devices are plugged into the Cisco switch which is plugged into the CAX30 cable modem/router.

Havne't tried a different browser. I will try complete shut down and restart in sequence that was recommended.

Did you reboot the whole network as expected?

Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:

    • Turn off and unplug modem.
    • Turn off router and computers.
    • Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    • Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    • Turn on computers and rest of network.
