CAX30 Slow Speeds and latency when gaming.
I currently have Mediacom as a internet provider and my usual speeds are around 500 download and 40 upload, lately my speeds were extremely low such as 10 download and 2 upload. I only use factory settings and have already factory reset my router a couple times. Mediacom states there no issues on their end. Traffic meter is off and i'm on the latest update. It seems like this only happens when i game.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Any Criticals, Errors or Warnings seen in the event logs needs to be reviewed and resolved by the ISP. Indicates a signal issue on the ISP line up to the modem.
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
