CAX30 cable modem router issue
I am using Xfinity as my internet service provider for a long while. Recently I switched to this NETGEAR nighthawk cable modem router and found that WiFi signal dropped very frequently. Is there anything I can do to get this improve ?

1. do wired devices drop?
2. have you checked if its the 2.4ghz or the 5ghz dropping?
3. are you using smart connect? You can try disabling it and manually assigning devices to a band to see if ones more stable than the other.
2.4ghz is more sensitive to interference so you can try changing what wifi channel it uses. You can try it with 5ghz as well. 5ghz usually doesn't have as much interference but its worth trying
