CAX80 login security question reset

Question

Hi - I did factory reset of CAX80. Then trying to login into account with ID = Admin and Password but it's asking to enter serial number, Which I entered and continue then asking me security question, which I do not know answer of it. So without entering security questions answer, it's not allowing me to go inside CAX80 setup.

So what are my option?

Factory reset should not reset security question?

If you FR, setup again using a wired PC and web broser and walk thru the setup wizard and input new security answers. Be sure to write down important information for safe keeping.
