CG3000D-RG & C6220 AC1200; Programmatically Read Assigned IP & MAC Addresses
How do I read the assigned IP address with their MAC.
I know I can use a web browser and manually see the assigned IP addresses in the router, but need to programmatically read the addresses because Windows 11 does not update it's arp when the router assigns an IP address when a device attaches to my network.
I know I can make Windows 11 arp update by ping the IP address, but do not know the IP address for the device with out reading it from the router.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This is an ancient (2009) Gateway.
That's a cable modem/router with voice support. It has old technology, 100 Mbps LAN/WAN ports and no Wi-Fi 5.
Visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
As such it is not like the routers covered in this section so any expertise is probably on the appropriate section:- RedDog2Aspirant

Huh?
Did you mean to add something new to your previous message?
Sadly, once again this is in the wrong section for cable modems.
Try:

The DSL modems discussed here are more amenable to user tweaking. They don't depend on firmware that only ISPs can update.
