CM1200 - Uncorrectables on every channel - Internet dropping every hour

Hi Guys - Over the past 48 hours, our CM1200 has been losing internet access multiple times a day, sometimes once an hour.  Restarting the CM1200 brings back access, but it's very bothersome and much worse than it's ever been before.  We have Comcast and have not reached out to them yet.

 

I attached a PDF with the logs I pulled and event history.  I don't know this area super well, but I know the number of correctables/uncorrectables is way way too high.  I've read a bunch of similar posts and it sounds like calling the ISP to check the line is an important step.

 

Any ideas on the best first step?  Thank you!
