CM1200 slows down after 24-48 hours of uptime when using link aggregation
If I hook up my CM1200 to my router (an Asus RT-AX88U) in Link Aggregation mode, it seems to be consistenly slow down to only around 66-ish% of the full connection speed after somewhere between 24 an...

I've been stable for 5 days now. Have been running speed tests every evening. Still pulling 1200down 42up. I am considering this issue finally resolved. Crazy it took a year but grateful nonetheless.

So how does one get this firmware? I called into Spectrum and they said they have no updates for personally owned devices.
- AdeptMavenAug 20, 2020GuideUnfortunately it's entirely up to the ISP. I have Comcast/Xfinity and they just pushed the firmware the morning of 8/19/2020.

That's a shame, wish there was another way to update the firmware.

You might contact NG support and have them help you with this. Ask them to contact Spectrum on your behalf and see if they can get the ISP to push it. ISP can only update FW on a modem unfortunately.

Alright, guess I'll test this today then. My router updated at 12am yesterday. Will keep you all posted as well.

I can officially say that this problem looks to be solved. I've had a little more than 78hours of uptime in Link Aggregation between the CM1200 and the RAX200. No drops in speed, no slow downs, no service interuptions and actually the speeds definitely feel more consistent in both wired and wireless clients.
Please shout with any questions. Finally seems to be fully functioning. I'm happy it works, but still rather miffed/annoyed that it took a year for a primary, advertised feature to become fully functional.
