Cable Modem C6300BD-1TLAUS
My Cable Modem C6300BD-1TLAUS does not look like the image on the User Manual Download, as I wish to establish why the WiFi on/off button does not work nor does the light flash at any-time during star-tup or during operation, in-fact it is not on at all.

This modem is supported by Telstra so they would have all the support materials for the modem.
