Cable router with advanced monitoring capabilities

I need to replace my old CG3100 cable modem with something that give a really good ability to monitor bandwith usage over time (days, weeks, months ) and also measure the amout of actual datatraffic used. It would also be great if single IP's in my network could be singled out to see what datatrafik is coming in and out. I need a "big brother" cable modem for my home. Is there a Netgear Cable model that would be capable or partly capable of this?

    You're wanting a combo device (modem/router) that does all that? 

    You're going to need to go the route of seperate modem and router to get all those capabilities. Plus you'd want to anyway so you can upgrade firmware on the router as that'd be a more advanced feature.
