I recently installed Sonic in my apartment and they provided me with female ethernet socket. So I cannot connect it to my router straightforward because it doesn’t have wan ethernet socket.
Is there any crafty way to connect my cable router to ethernet socket provided by Sonic? Are there any adapters available?

No and yes.
You can't connect the c7000 to your sonic service.
The C7000 has a modem only mode but not a router only mode.
but you can make the c7000 into a type of access point.
You'll still need something controlling the routing through.
there's a guide here if you want to try it.
