Can not find internet.

I purchased a CM400 to save money when i switched to Comcast. I activated the modeum with them and all the lights are green. They said it active but i can not find my modeum under wifi to connect to since it does not have an ssid, just a username and password. what do i do?

    Hello sydMorgan

     

    The CM400 is just a modem it does not have wifi you need to hook a router up to it.
