Jan 27, 2021Can't find CM500 Wifi Network - Ethernet connected to Computer
Hi everyone,
I'm having an issue trying to get my mobile device to connect to the wifi network from my CM500 High Speed Cable Modem. I'm in an apartment complex, so there are several other wifi networks. I can't find any default SSID information for the network on the modem itself, and the default admin page just shows "Basic" and "Cable Connection" tabs.
Am I missing something? How do I set up the wifi network so others can connect to the modem?
Thanks!
OS: Windows 10
Hardware Version: C312T00-01

A wireless router.

wifi network" on that wireless router.
