Coaxial cable connect to modem
I am trying to insert the coaxial cable into my modem, but it will not screw on. The modem has a flat top on the cable input which seems to be an issue. I can connect the other end to the wall outlet....
Please provide a picture. It is hard to know the issue without it.
Same problem here. Coaxial cable connection is flat on the top and will not screw.
