Difference between the C7100V-1AZNAS and C7100V?

Why is the Nighthawk C7100V-1AZNAS $250 while the C7100V is $300? I dont get it, it doesnt make any sense... since they both appear to have the same specs and description.

According to previous disscussions, the 1AZNAS is for Amazon, but does that mean it has worse specs/slower speeds since its cheaper? Or are they really just the same thing but with a different Name + Price?
