Genie app not working

My cable modem router has always had problems using the Genie App.  Since the major upgrade to the app I have nto been able to login at all.  Will Netgear please fix this?  This is with my iphone 6 r...

Can you please check the app version again? sorry to ask few times. 

Please take the screenshot of the app version to make suree it is 3.1.36.

This is screenshot of the app. Please help and get this fixed. Others on this board have had this issue also.

    Hello Netgear!  Do you have any plans on fixing the Genie App?  I have been loyal for more than 10 years and I will change if you do not start listening to your customers.
