Having trouble resetting nighthawk ac1900 c7000v2 router

so basically i reseted my nighthawk ac1900 c7000v2 router and the wifi symbol pops up but no internet connection, then I unplugged and re plugged it in and its stuck on all orange lights. Had to reset cause it was going slow and i made it even worse :((

    What's all set on orange lights? there's a lot of led lights on the c7000. the manual lists which each is and what they signify. List what each light is doing and not just "the orange lights". 

    You can also log into the "cable connection" page and view your connection back to the isp. Take a screen snip of this as well.
