Help hooking up Netgear Nighthawk cable modem

I have AT&T internet. My brother had netgear equipment that he is not taking with him to his new house and then to me. Not super tech savvy and trying to set it up.

    Contact the ISP for help and information regarding there services and what they support on there networks. Cable modems may not work on ATT networks. Something to ask them about.
