Firmware Update for AC1750 Smart Router

I'm experiencing some issues with a business VPN where a stable tunnel cannot be sustained in my home. I was asked to apply any firmware update to my router (AC1750 Smart Router) to see if that helps. After logging into my router, I can see that my firmware version is out of date. I'm showing 1.01.11 and 1.01.20 is available. I've downloaded the update, read the documentation, but the router interface does not give me the option to update the firmware.

What do I have to do differently to update the firmware on this device?
