How to contact CCT Support for resolution of a RMA

It is now going on 3 weeks that my NighthHawk modem has stopped working.  I have multiple cases open with the support team and have purchased the prosupport contract.  I have a RMA number which has been escalated for over a week with the CCT team and it is not being reviewed and released so a replacement modem can be shipped to me.  Does anyone know how I can get in contact with the CCT team to discuss the RMA and have it released?  FYI I have provided the proof of purchase.

    Yes please Pm me your case numbers and RMA numbers and I will escalate the issue.

      I have now been on hold waiting for a supervisor for over 2 hours and 30 minutes. This is my 3rd phone call today to try and have the RMA released. I am beyond angry and the now 3 weeks of non-support to try and get a RMA released is ridiculous. Is my next step the management team of NetGear to try and get a non-functioning modem replaced that isn’t even 90 days old?!
