If your telecom doesn't support the cm2000, then it won't be much good for you.
I'd try returning it or selling it.

Question about Netgear Cable Modem
exactly Night Hawk CM 2000
how are you doing ?
I am sorry cause I don't have good sense to control tools.
I heard netgear is wonderful company to product better stuffs so I decide to buy.
but now I have problem.
I have question to netgear support team or somebody has experience.
I live in South Korea but i need Wi-Fi Network.
so I bought 'netgear orbi satellite RBS 20'
and I bought 'netgear switch GS 308'
and I bought 'netgear night hawk cm 2000'.
i tried to connect 3 tools but it's not working to connect Wi-Fi
I set 'orbi satellite RBS 20' by mobile phone.
and I think it has no problem.
and I plug switch GS 308 and it has no problem.
but cable modem seem to have problem.
because of the "CABLE".
I have question about 'night hawk cm 2000'.
I am stay in South Korea now.
unfortunately, it's cable modem in different country.
is it only possible and able to use in United States ?
I hope I can use 'night hawk cm 2000' in South Korea.
i don't know how to setting and I don't know how to installation to connect.
"coax cable" ? exactly which type of coax cable to use to connect as right ?
I used 5C cable and I don't know it can compatible or not ?
could you please tell me if you have idea about it or if you ever use it before ?
exactly which 'CABLE' is need to connect to 'nighthawk cm 2000'
can I use 'night hawk cm 2000' in South Korea ?
(different country, exactly out of U.S is it possible to connect to use?)
can you please guide me to figure out ?
how can I do and what do I need now ?
now i am thinking about it.
it was mistake and it was wrong choice.
I had to buy "VDSL modem", not "cable modem".
now every plan has stop and lost the way.
and I spend a lot of money to buy items product netgear.
but, shipping price was more higher than items.
I know you're busy, but please help me when you have time.

No I'm not in Korea so I've never tried it before.
But its on your ISP/telecom to support devices. If the CM2000 isn't one of their supported devices, it won't work.
Check with them to see if its supported. If not, it won't work for you.

You need to check with the ISP/telecom that you have there to see what they support. I can recommend all types of devices but if the ISP doesn't support them, it doesn't help you and you can end up buying another product that doesn't work.
