Ethernet port is dead, can’t login to modem how can I downgrade the firmware

    All ports dead? Try other ports and swap LAN cables. 

    Try a factory reset and setup from scratch. 

     

    Do you have wifi connection with the modem? You can send the FW update over wifi if you can connect that way.

      No wifi all port dead, no way to get access to the modem

        You'll need to contact NG support and ask for an RMA.

        I'd contact the forum moderator on this for there help.
