Intermittent issue with connecting to wifi with c7800

I noticed this issue back on March 10th. But I reported it to apple with no response. So i am reporting it to netgear now.
Attached to this item, I include the video I provided to apple regarding this issue.
In the video, I am trying to connect to my netgear nhg (5g wifi network).
I have not changed my wifi password ever since I first set up my device.
But my iphone device is not connecting to my wifi, so I try to connect to it, but it says it has wrong password.
In the video, you see that I am waiting for my the network to appear and it appears in My Networks as it remembers my wifi information.
