Internet stopped working ac1600 wifi cable modem router
This evening the internet stopped working . It was not an ixfinity issue . I can't believe there is no customer support number to call . I reset device and ixfinity tried sending a signal to the device - nothing . No interent on any device . Model c6250

Are any of the lights out on the modem? have you checked your connections remove any cable splitters?
