Kindle Will Not Connect to C6300v2

Recently, my Kindle (Oasis) will not pick up the WiFi signal from my unit.  All other devices are active (phones, Alexa, watches, iMac).  My Kindle will recognize my phone using the hot spot setting.  My wife's Kindle is having the same problem.

 

Spent lots of time with Amazon.   They said the Kindle is fine.  Spent lots of time with my internet service provider doing resets and restarts with no luck.

 

We live in a condo less than 1700 sq ft.  Have reset the C6300v2 using the reset button and power reset multiple times.  Everything is connected but the Kindle.

 

What am I missing????????

    Have you tried changing what channel the 2.4ghz broadcasts on?

        log into the router and click on wireless settings. From there you can change the 2.4ghz channel.
