Link Aggregation on CM1200 to Compatible Switch to Wifi Router
I've been researching and can't figure out what switch to use for link aggregation on this modem, then I connect my wifi router and get better speed. Comcast 1gig with the current setup is only 460mb...

Additional info: Testing: modem to pc 800-900mbps. Modem to EA9300 Linksys is 440mbps with wired connection to pc for speed test.
I do have a lot of stuff on wifi; around 20 devices. Would a switch help with wifi speed?
Laptops, three phones, two tablets, hue and the lights (10 lights), pc (ethernet), two xbox1, a ps4, two apple TVs, and two myclouds. I'm sure i have too many devices for the wifi to reach 800mbps with all ethernet ports plugged in.

Perhaps that's because your question makes no sense? How would
putting a network switch between your modem and your router help in any
way?

I don't see how.

I'm not even close to sure of that. Why not run the experiment, and
find out, instead of just being "sure"?
What kind of wireless speed do you see? Blame assignment is job one.
Why blame the router, instead of the (unspecified) client device? Can
you get a faster connection with that device and any other router?

To start, I'm only first learning how to network. I've been reading non stop; total novice. I just learned what Gb and GB mean. I've also mistaken MB for Mbps. I've also done many different tests since this post. When my modem is linked to my pc it gets 850Mbps speed from Comcast, but when linked to my wifi router, my pc in that room gets 450Mbps avg. So that's half of what my modem can output to one cord. The nagging idea was why is my ethernet linked to pc getting half speed with wifi. All this time, I thought I needed a switch with link aggregation, then connect that switch to my wifi router to get the 850MB (yes I thought I paid xfinity for 1GB speed), correction 850Mbps, so Gigabit internet isn't GB internet. I think this is going to confuse so many people, myself included. I understand a lot more about what devices can receive with wifi like iPhones only get 300mbps wifi and so on. The idea that devices have limits of speed didn't come to mind for me. I think my main questions are: is my linksys ea9300 router receiving everything the cm1200 modem can send it? Is there a better wifi router or how can I utilize it to the best I can? Is there a way with link aggregation switch to speed it up? I need more ports so I'll need a switch, will a switch with link aggregation work or should I just buy two switches and link everything with ethernet? I've got two small NAS as well. What area of networking should I look into to optimize ports. Also port forwarding??? And my wifi router will only prioritize three devices.
