Losing connection with CM1000v2 repeatedly all week

Hey all. I have been experiencing issues with my network the last week. Throughout the day, I will lose connection, or get really high spikes of latency repeatedly.

 

Current setup:

 

Netgear CM1000v2 modem

TP-Link Archer AX11000 router

 

I don't have any splitters. Typical setup. Modem to router, router to desktop PC. The whole network goes down, Wi-Fi and wireless. I've provided logs of my modem for you to see.

 

Checked ethernet cable. No kinks. High quality Cat6 cable from Monoprice. No changes to setup or network. Been running smooth for close to 2 years with this set up.

 

Side note: I don't know where modem gets time and date from, but it is incorrect. However on my router, it is correct. Modem dashboard doesn't show any settings where I can change the time.

 

Getting multiple T3 and T4 time outs:

 

Critical (3) Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out;CM-

Critical (3) Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out

 

Just lost connection 5-6 times, and modem logs show this:
