It shouldn't happen.
What you could check is if the firmware is upgrading or the isp logs are sending a reset. I've seen that happen with firmware upgrades. Problem is, after the reset, the logs are wiped so you can't really even check that.
Have you tried doing your own factory reset? Maybe reinstall the firmware (in case something in firmware is corrupt) and then do your own factory reset/reinstall. Maybe a setting is corrupt but its not wiping out everything
