how much data are you using?
Any recent additions to your network such as a smart tv? device?
You'd be surprised how fast data can be used with a smart tv.
another thing to check is malware/virus/etc.
I've been hit before with a virus that was using data and used almost 600gig in 2 days.
Most windows and android device have a data usage monitor you can check.
Thank you for your response. I was using less than 400 GB a month then in January it began spiking up to 1,407GB in Feb. We do have a smart tv, but do no streaming, downloading movies, etc. No other new devices have been added since last June when we purchased the TV. I do have a ticket in to Xfinity security who will help me change the wifi password tomorrow (I hope! ). Have a great evening.
Try checking on your android and windows devices to see which might be causing it. It could be something malware/virus related.
