Need test support for model C6230
I need a phone number to get support for my Modem/Router. My internet is not good and Optimum is blaming it on the Modem/Router. I need to get it tested to verify it is still working right.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.
