Netgear C6300 doesn't recognize external HD (WD My Book 4TB)
Didn't get a lot of help with Netgear Chat or call-in. The router does see USB thumb drives, but not the big external HD. It is formatted in ext4 if that helps.

I reformatted the drive in NTFS. Now works. Just be careful to copy all files from drive prior to formatting.
