Does the modem loose connection with out the router attached? Connect a wired PC to the modem directly.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.

Thanks for the suggestions:
>Does the modem loose connection with out the router attached? Connect a wired PC to the modem directly.
It has been difficult to test that scenario. The modem reboots and I connect a PC directly to the modem, the performance is great for many hours. The modem stop responding to ping and loses Internet connections randomly couple of times a day. It is difficult to take out the WIFI Router and everyone in the house is working from home and dependant on WIFI connections.
>Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
No cable splitters. No cable TV either requiring the line to be split. Street Coax is terminating at a junction box through female-to-female connector #1 and then patch cable from the junction box to coax wall jack (female-to-female connection #2) and then directly to the back of the modem port#1 (port aggreation turned disabled).
>Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
I am testing that at the moment by removing the house coax wire. going to use a quality RG6 coax cable from the outside juction box directly to the back of the modem.
>Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.
I will try the 1 minute. I am using an IP switch from 5GStore.com to ping the modem and DNS IP addresses continuously. If timeout for 10 seconds, the IP switch shut the power to the modem for 5 seconds and then back on. I can try to extend that to one minute.
Once the modem is rebooted, it goes through initialization and then connection are restored with fast throughput. It is puzzling why he modem stops working (no internet connection or respond to ping every 12 hours or so).

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.

Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.Factory reset the modem.
Be sure LAG is disdabled on the modem.Does the modem reboot if you directly connect a wired PC to the modem and disconnect the RBR?

I have an ORBI RBR750 with 2 satelites.
Modem is arris TM1602
my old router from my isp is disconnected.
Firmware is the latest on router and satelites.
I loose my internet connection atleast once a day, wifi and hardwired devices. The magenta light comes on, i can reboot router or just unplug the wan cable to get working again. During that all the proper lights on modem stay on.
The modem was changed after second call to NG support, which did not help. ISP checked all lines and signal. ISP said there is only a LAG setting in their routers, not this modem. RG6 llines in house are good. Modem does not reboot when disconnecting the RBR and connecting a wire from PC to modem.
NG support had my factory reset 3 times, flash the firmware and change other settings with channels. Still nothing helps. When i disconnect the RBR and hookup the old router i have no problem. The RBR and sattelites work great when they are working. But i cant be loosing my connection this often.
Any help would be appreciated. If not i will have to return it. Thanks
