Netgear Nighthawk CAX80 Only the Ethernet Lights are Turning On

I have the latest firmware and I use a mix of Apple and Windows OS environments. I bought my original Netgear Nighthawk CAX80 on January 24th and then because my internet keeps cutting out Netgear replaced it a few weeks later. Well my internet continues to cut out and we have sort of determined that it is Comcast's fault and they'll be sending out a tech for the third time. That is all besides the point because in an attempt to get any internet going I've had to power cycle my router frequently and now only the Ethernet port lights come on. The power, downstream, upstream, online and WiFi radio lights do not turn on. Is there a reason only the Ethernet port lights are the only lights that will turn on?

    Sounds like something was corrupted. 

    try unplugging the coax from it and pushing and holding reset for up to 30 seconds (while powered on)
