Your coax cables. check these You strength coming in and snr look good but your getting the dynamic range window violation in your logs which usually means you're getting >12dB difference in strengths. Maybe something is spiking/erroring. Again, check your coaxial cables for damage, bad ends, cheap cables, water damage, etc.

Does it matter I use dsn 1.1.1.1 cloudflare and this cable you mean outside my home

your dns shouldn't impact this. You can try going back to the providers to see if it'll help but doubtful. Always worth a shot when you're troubleshooting though.
yes your coax cable. Your isp is responsible up until it enters your house. Best bet with testing modems is to have it directly connected where it enters the house. this reduces the chances of bad cables/adapters/etc. Doesn't mean the cable doesn't have an issue but it reduces the odds of it.

How does the cables and coax look of comcast as my home had others as dish tv and comcast.

Everyone's box can be different depending on how comcast did it. It usually has a box mounted to the outside with the coax coming into the house. outside of your home, its comcast's property and they're responsible for it. Once it enters your house, its your responsibility. so check where it comes in and hook up there.
