Nighthawk C7000v2 Keeps Dropping Internet
Happens once or twice a day where my Internet connection drops for devices that are connected by WiFi. The modem does not drop the WiFi connections, just do not have any Internet connection. ...
Not much to go on or feed back to the questions presented so we can't help you if you don't give better feedback and post what was asked about.
okay. so outside of standard troubleshooting steps supplied there is no new ideas
Not with out seeing the logs that were asked about.
this is looking more like something with spectrum. the wireless clients are still connected to the modem and can login to the modem.
after doing a release/renew on the dhcp then connectivity so the wireless clients can get back out to the internet.
Still don't see cable connections and event logs from your modem...
