Nighthawk CAX80 - Outlook cannot send email with attachment over WiFi, but works over Ethernet

When I try to send an email over WiFi with attachments via Outlook connected to Exchange365, I get the following message:

 

Error 0x80040115: "We can't complete this because we can't contact the server right now. Please try again later." Many retries later, this does not resolve.

 

However, if I connect an Ethernet cable, I get no such error. Does anyone know what WiFi setting might be causing this problem?

 

Hardware version: 1.01

Firmware Version: 2.1.5.2

Cable Firmware Version: 1.02.08

    There is a known firmware issue regarding the 5G Wi-Fi on the CAX80.
