Yes...sigh....this is an old laptop. I get all the secondhand stuff after the kids! The modem info came from the last xfinity tech I was on the phone with. And yes, they stated that they saw full gigabit speeds. Due to this pandemic situation, the tech who came to the house could not come into the house. Xfinity or whatever the company policy was prevented that. I was not in a position, nor was the weather cooperating to have he modem outside at the junction box.
