Nighthawk ac 1900 comcast ISP modem offline

I've recently moved and modem was working perfectly fine before moving. Hooked up to new place and only have a blinking downstream light, no other lights. Comcast says service was transferred and see the modem is offline. I went into the modems IP and see the same. I am not sure how to troubleshoot this. I have rebooted over 10 times and factory reset the device. Any help is appreciated!

    It worked fine before?

And you're still on the same ISP?

If you log into the modems connections page, can you take a screen snip of this? And the logs?

maybe they need to repartition it.

Or they might need to check the lines on your new residence.

Are you connected directly where the coax enters the home? If not, move it to that location.

Also remove any splitter, amplifiers, attenuators from your line.

Yes I have it plugged directly into the coax wall jack. Same ISP we moved to a different area (zip code) which may be causing the issue. I attached a screenshot of the RF output page but the main cable connection page just says modem is offline with a link to the RF outputs
