Nighthawk ac1900 c7100

Comcast lost power, when it was restored all lights are on solid, no connection available. When hard reset is done, power, upstream/downstream , and online lights flash in unison.

    Did you unplug the power for 1 minute then back in?

    Ensure there are not coax cable line splitters in between the modem and ISP box.

     

    Unit probably need to be replaced if nothing seem to get the modem working.

  • Factory reset might help if still not contact support.
