Out of range error C6300v2

I am getting the out of range error. Worked great until 8 this morning. Cable company can see that it is connected. If I do the factory reset will the cable company still recognize this router and will I be able to access the internet? Thank you.

What is saying out of range? 

Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and event logs? 

Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity
