Random disconnects with 1150v modem & RX500 router

Hi so recently I've got a random disconnect this has happend twice. I can't find the problem at all. The modem lights are all online and look normal. The router lights shows everything is online also. My WIFI on all devices stop working and all my hardwired devices also including my PS4 and PC. The only way to fix it is to reboot router and or both the router and modem to get back online. It seems there is a problem with the router and modem not sync properly. I hope this log can help come to a solution.

Well your logs info wasn't in high enough resolution to be helpful. Regardless of that we need to figure out if its a modem issue or a router issue. You put its happened twice. Twice in a day/twice in a year the how many times its happened helps but only when you include how long the time period is.

here's where I'd start if its happening frequently.  disconnect the router from the modem and hardwire a device you use frequently to the modem. watch to see if you get the drops. Basically if you're getting the drops when its connected directly, its a modem/line issue. If not, then we need to look more at the router.

If you take screen snips with your computer you get higher resolution for your images. I'd take screens snips of your connections page (upload and download) as well as the logs.

What firmware are you on for your router?
